I drove a half hour to get here because of all the rave reviews to get my eyebrows threaded. I’ve been spending months growing them out because of a previous bad threading experience. But I finally decided to take the plunge because I needed to shape them up. The place itself is located on the side of a home, and is pretty dark inside. Getting an appointment was difficult, as the owner, Pooja, is a bit unresponsive with messages and phone calls. Also, the online booking service does not work.
She had her assistant work on me, and I told her to just shape it a little, I didn’t want it too thin. She agreed and went to work. After she was done, she asked me if it was okay and even though I was not okay, I just wanted to get out of there so I nodded and left.
My eyebrows are uneven, the left is thinner than the right and they are so thin. Not only that, she left a lot of hairs that should have been taken off underneath so I had to come home and pluck those out. This isn’t even the worst part. Half of the tail on my left eyebrow is gone. Back to months of drawing my eyebrows in and pretending they’re there.
