Uniqut Salon FAQ's

Although you may book appointments through the online system, you must contact the salon by phone or in person to cancel or change an existing appointment. Any cancellations, or changes to an appointment must be done within 24 hours of appointment time.Please call us at 609-720-0644 and we will change or cancel your appointment.

Our online booking system allows you to book more than one service. Please select multiple services by clicking “ctrl” control button on keyboard.

The system will allow you to book ahead one year into the future. Since schedules can change over time, we encourage you to limit your bookings to times that you can manage.

You can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate.
Chemical Services vary in price depending on length, thickness, time and products involved. The price listed is an average price for standard length hair.

Our website is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year for your shopping convenience

Our business hours are: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and major holidays.

We are also closed on the following Federal Holidays:

You may have multiple shipping addresses in your account. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.

You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.

No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it. Your billing address must match your credit card billing address for the payment to go through.

Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want. However, you can only default one shipping address at a time.

No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it

To check the status of an order, Login your account &  click on the Track My Products link.

Login into your account and find your order listed. Then, click “Cancel” Button to cancel your Order

If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Username or your default E-mail address under “I am a registered user but forgot my password” and click on submit. We will send your Password reset link to your default E-mail address. then you will be able to reset your password

PayPal

PayPal is an alternative form of online payment that enables you to pay through an account created with your email address. With a PayPal account, you can choose to make purchases with a debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal account balance. Learn more about (PayPal link)

SALES TAX

All orders shipped from UNIQUT.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and local laws where the order will be shipped.

 

You may return all unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, UNIQUT reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from UNIQUT are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

 

Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.

 

We recommend returning the product in the same shipping carton that you received it in. Please use the customer number or order number when you are shipping package , and address the return package to:

Return all products to UNIQUT by ground-only shipping. Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials include: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.

 

We also recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (e.g. UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail), so you can track your shipment back to us for a truly flawless return.

After we have processed your return and issued a refund, we’ll let you know via email. Most refunds are fully refunded in 7-10 days after we receive and process your return .You can also look up your return status online by logging into your UNIQUT account and clicking on order status. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive the notification email.

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, Oahu, DC, and Puerto Rico.  At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and Post Office Boxes.

Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only.

FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and oversized packages.

Shipping rates for orders placed on UNIQUT.com vary by region and order size. Please check your shopping cart for the shipping rates for your order.

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking information where available for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Generally, you should receive your product within 3-5 business days once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
