This is my second time coming here and I have been satisfied with the service on both occasions. Anita did my brows and upper lip threading today. Pooja did it the first time I came. They are both very gentle and never made me feel that I am being rushed (which is common when I go to the mall for threading). The place is clean, nice and cozy. I'll definitely return. Can't wait to try their haircut:)

Loved this place at first but down hill each time after. I've been growing my eyebrows out for the past 2 months since last time it was done a little too thin. I went back today and let her know so it could be fuller, as a result she leaves them thinner than last time.

I drove a half hour to get here because of all the rave reviews to get my eyebrows threaded. I've been spending months growing them out because of a previous bad threading experience. But I finally decided to take the plunge because I needed to shape them up. The place itself is located on the side of a home, and is pretty dark inside. Getting an appointment was difficult, as the owner, Pooja, is a bit unresponsive with messages and phone calls. Also, the online booking service does not work. She had her assistant work on me, and I told her to just shape it a little, I didn't want it too thin. She agreed and went to work. After she was done, she asked me if it was okay and even though I was not okay, I just wanted to get out of there so I nodded and left. My eyebrows are uneven, the left is thinner than the right and they are so thin. Not only that, she left a lot of hairs that should have been taken off underneath so I had to come home and pluck those out. This isn't even the worst part. Half of the tail on my left eyebrow is gone. Back to months of drawing my eyebrows in and pretending they're there.

This is an in home business but very professional. The lady who threaded my brows was terrific. I made an appointment and I was in and out within 5 minutes with great results. My brows have never looked better! I will most defiantly be returning for further services. Thank you!

Pooja & her staff are true professionals. This is a full service salon, everything from henna & threading to high quality spa treatments & excellent hair styling. I have been going to Pooja for 10 years, she is warm & caring, an amazing lady!
